On presentation / delivery of the goods to the buyer at his/her nominated place, the buyer should inspect the material and accept the same unconditional. If the buyer find the goods not conforming to our specified quality may return the goods to the delivery man himself on spot. In that case iMBiZ will refund full amount to the buyer. If it is found that the goods (consignment) was at per of the order of the buyer, in that case the delivery cost will be deducted from the amount so paid and balance amount will be refunded.

Refund will be made by account payee cheque and posted to buyers, address or credited through EBS transfer to buyer’s bank.
